Here at The Sparman Clinic we support patients’ desire to utilize health insurance when making payments for the services provided. At present we make provisions for and accept the following insurance providers.

We understand that hospital billing and insurance claims can be confusing. The Accounts Department (Receivables) personnel can assist you with your forms and any additional information relating to your claim. We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible when completing your Patient Registration Form so as to facilitate efficient claims processing, and allow us to meet your needs. With your permission the hospital will continue to submit claims to your health insurance provider.
INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS
No one likes to think about being ill while on holiday but unfortunately it happens. In the event that you become unwell while on holiday, The Sparman Clinic is here to meet your healthcare needs.
